1982: The Birth of DELTA-PI
The company’s story begins in 1982 when Vasileios Papadopoulos and Nikolaos Dimitriadis establish the general partnership “Vasileios Papadopoulos – Nikolaos Dimitriadis OE”, under the trade name DELTA-PI. The company is headquartered at HANTh Square (YMCA Square) in Thessaloniki, where it takes its first steps in the industry.
1992: A New Production Facility
A decade after its founding, the company purchases land in the Sindos Industrial Area (VIPE Thermi) and begins the construction of office and production facilities, covering 500m²—a major step in its growth.
1994: Relocation and Legal Transition
In 1994, DELTA-PI moves to its new premises in Industrial Area of Thessaloniki and changes its legal status from a general partnership (OE) to a corporation (SA), under the trade name DELTA-PI ABETE.
1998: Expansion of Production Facilities
As the company continues to grow, it expands its production area in 1998 to meet increasing market demands.
2002: The First International Project
In 2002, DELTA-PI completes its first project abroad, proving its ability to compete in international markets and expand beyond Greece.
2007: New Facilities and Continuous Growth
In 2007, the company acquires a second building of 1,000m² in VIPE Thessaloniki, further boosting its production capacity and efficiency.
2012: The Next Generation Joins the Board of Directors
In 2012, the new generation joins the company’s Board of Directors, bringing fresh ideas and vision while maintaining the company’s core values and steady growth.
2013: Expanding Operations
In 2013, DELTA-PI broadens its activities by establishing two new divisions: DELTA-PI Domiki and DELTA-PI Systems, to meet growing market needs in the fields of construction and systems solutions.
