The construction of the line is simple, with the possibility of adding additional equipment such as silos and machines for weighing and bagging, without the need for any modification. The lines are developed horizontally, the customer does not need special building specifications, the space where our projects can be installed is at a maximum height of 4.0-4.5m and an area of approximately 10x15m.
All machines are tested in the manufacturing workshop before delivery, and all components are numbered to make assembly easier for the customer. The production lines are accompanied by the technical manual that contains all the detailed information about the operation and maintenance of the machines.
The electrical control panel is built according to the international regulations and is able to control the entire installation. A 24-month guarantee of good operation of the machines from delivery is provided.
