Biomass Drying Line Includes:
Continuous Fluidized Band Dryer heavy duty industrial designed to dry products of non-free flowing nature such as Saw Dust, Wood Chips, cotton seed, grass seeds, and other non-free flowing commodities. The dryer is equipped with an heavy duty loading conveyor belt, 4 double heat exchanger mounted on the hot air channel for the heated air distribution inside the dryer and aspiration fans and cyclones.
A biomass burner/boiler provide the necessary hot water for the the heat exchanger.
Biomass Pelleting Line Includes:
Hummer mill for the dried raw material milling, pneumatic transport line, Pellet Mill CLM 304, unloading belt conveyor, buckets elevators, vertical cooler, aspiration line complete of static filter and cyclones and weighing-bagging-sealing machine.
